Shipping & Returns
Our Products are shipped from suppliers all over the world, and generally take between 15-45 days to be shipped. We will inform you as we process your order, we will also inform you when carrier services are available to make the shipping faster.
We ship all over the world, at a fixed shipping fee of 8£.
What happens if my order doesn't arrive?
All delivery estimates are based on quotes supplied by the relevant courier, so they can't be guaranteed by Stars&Sage. If your parcel is not delivered within the estimated window then it's very likely there has been a delay in transit.
We always recommend to check with your local post office and confirming your address before contacting us. You can contact us at email@example.com
If you are facing any issue with your order, please report the problem to us immediately, so we can inform our suppliers.
Refunds are being issued for the following cases:
- The wrong item was received in terms of color, size, or model (evidence is needed).
- The package has arrived in a damaged condition (evidence is needed).
- The item arrived in extremely poor quality (evidence is needed)
Please send us a detailed e-mail with evidence at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can process your request. Any item will then need to be returned in their original condition with tags and packaging within 14 days of receiving your purchase. We do not refund shipping charges.
